Just in case anyone wasn't aware yet. Although the Bounty quests IXP runes can't be used on Legendary Items over 60th level, they also give instant IXP awards which definately do work on Legendary Items up to 65th level.
So you can do them to get the instant IXP awards and collect the runes for use with a junker Legendary of 60th Level or below for ripping apart for the relics.
Also before it slips my mind completely, if you get a Legendary Item up to about 56th level you have a chance of getting an IXP rune which will instantly get a new Legendary up to 60th level from new (very handy for getting lots of relics quickly).
