The Rangers of Thintaur organization in game follows the in game kinship rank structure. The ranks are as follows:

Founder = i-Cherdir Thintaur (The Master of Thintaur) (Address form = Herdir) Reserved in perpetuity for our founder emeritus, Tar-Telperien.
Kinship Leader = i-Dogon Thintaur (The Leader of Thintaur) (Address form = Togon)
Kinship Leader Heir = i-Dogonhil Thintaur (The Leader Heir of Thintaur) (Address form = Togonhir)
Kinship Officer = Tur o Thintaur (Master of Thintaur)
Kinship Member = Gwador (Kins(wo)man) (Plural form Gwedyr as in Gwedyr-in-Thintaur = Kins(wo)men of Thintaur)
Kinship Recruit = Gwador Gwain (Kins(wo)man New) (Plural form Gwedyr Gwin)

Kinship officers are not assigned specific duties as they are expected to help in all aspects of managing the kinship including recruitment, organizing events, providing assistance to other members, and in general keeping order in the kinship.
